Review and redesign of the geothermal well field, with Optima Engineering, for SfL+a Architects.
Pamlico 6-12 School: Bayboro, NC
AIA consultant for the geothermal/mechanical system. Worked with the construction management company, architect, and engineer to ensure qualified, competent mechanical contractors bid the project, and assisted in every aspect of the mechanical system design. Currently in the construction phase.
EB Frink School: Lagrange, NC
AIA consultant for geothermal/mechanical. Providing consultation and design services from the early design-development phase through bidding, continuing through project completion and turnover to the school district.
