Scott has spent 29 years focused exclusively on geothermal HVAC, across more than 400 projects in six states. He has served as AIA (American Institute of Architects) consultant for geothermal and mechanical systems on multiple K-12 school projects, working alongside construction managers, architects, and engineers from early design through construction and turnover, and as design-build contractor for the first residential development in the Southeast to build geothermal into its infrastructure.
